Inquiry and Candidate Sourcing

On receiving an inquiry from a company, Ideal International Recruitment promptly informs potential candidates about the job requirements. We can organize written tests and interviews as per the employer's needs. In some cases, we advertise the positions to attract the right candidates. We welcome company representatives to conduct their own tests and interviews if preferred.

Advertisement

We advertise job vacancies and manpower demands in national newspapers, ensuring the ad is designed to meet the company's specifications. Typically, ads appear for 7 days, with a 15-day application window, as stipulated by the Nepal Labor Act.

Required Documentation

To obtain recruitment authority from the Nepal Government and advertise in national newspapers, we require the following documents from employers: Power of Attorney (attested by Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Affairs, and Nepal Embassy) Demand Letter (attested by Chamber of Commerce, Foreign Affairs, and Nepal Embassy) Agency Agreement Employment Agreement Guarantee Paper Visa Copy/NOC

Medical Examination

Every candidate undergoes a medical health examination to meet the health standards set by the employer. Experienced and highly qualified doctors conduct these examinations, and their printed reports are sent to the company. If preferred, security clearances can also be arranged.

Service Agreement

To avoid legal claims or disputes, we request both the company and the candidates to sign a Foreign Service Agreement. This agreement aligns with the laws of both the source and employment countries and may include specific conditions agreed upon by the company.

Training

Ideal International Recruitment has a fully-fledged training program managed by senior skilled personnel. Training includes classroom lectures, role-play exercises, and task-specific instructions. Candidates receive training on fundamental skills, such as first aid, firefighting, self-defense, and industrial security, tailored to meet client requirements.

Clearance

Our company ensures the careful selection of appropriate candidates and verification of their records before sending them to overseas employers. We have competent staff to handle documentation and paperwork for authorization from the Labor Ministry, ensuring compliance with Nepal Labor Law. This process guarantees the quality and skill of our manpower.
